Scott Bell is surely the most in-demand musician in Southern Manitoba, playing bass or keyboards (sometimes both!) in so many bands, you’d think he had clones. His diverse and impressive talents are favored by musicians and familiar to audiences, not only as a player, but chances are it was Scott that actually produced the show. And he has produced a lot of shows. A talented artist and high school educator, Scott’s resume includes key roles in any number of projects with his old friend, guitar killer, Frank McLean, to regular appearances with Bill Dowling and the Even Breaks, Link and the Moustaches, as well as local favourites, The Bare Yogis. Scott’s collaborations with JP began over 15 years ago backing the amazing vocalist, Jayme Giesbrecht in her enduring soul and R&B band, as well as stints with JP as a member of the Street Level Minions.
